Delete your account
You can delete your WordPaper account from the app at any time. If you can no longer open the app, email info@wordpaperapp.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
From the app
Open Profile, then Settings, choose Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. Deletion starts immediately and the app returns to the sign-in screen.
What is deleted
Your account, settings, word history, wallpapers, generation records, ad reward records, feedback, and sign-in sessions are erased from the active database.
Purchase tokens are kept only as tombstone records that cannot be linked back to you. They stop a deleted account from claiming one-time benefits again or moving a subscription to another account.
What is not deleted
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play subscription settings before or after deleting.
Information already sent to OpenAI or stored with Cloudinary is governed by those providers' retention terms, as described in the Privacy Policy.
